The following are short bios on our team members who are here to serve and support our givers, leaders and ministry partners:

Stephan Tchividjian - Founder and President
Stephan Tchividjian serves as Founder and President of the Board of the National Christian Foundation of South Florida, and the Co-Executive Director of Lifework Leadership of South Florida. He has more than 25 years of experience serving on a variety of boards of directors and leadership teams for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.  Stephan has lived in South Florida since 1979 where he and his wife, Lisa, have raised their five children. Stephan earned his B.A. Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and was ordained in 1994. The eldest grandson of Billy Graham, Stephan proudly carries on his family’s tradition of ministry.
Anita Fain Taylor  
Anita Fain Taylor - Director of Planned Giving 
Anita was born and raised in Florida.  She served as Strategic Partnerships Director of First Baptist Church Fort Lauderdale, where she actively serves and worships. Anita is a Partner of Norman E. Taylor and Associates (an economic development consulting firm), a Coach and Speaker for the John Maxwell Team, as well as a former City Manager.  She brings over twenty-five years of senior executive-level experience to the Foundation. Anita is also involved in the community through her membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the North Broward County Chapter of The Links, Inc, a member of the Back to School Family Health Fair Planning Committee,  and a Committee Chair of the United Way of Broward County Commission on Substance Abuse.  She is a Lifework Leadership Alumni, a graduate of the University of Florida, and has completed graduate level coursework at South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary.  Anita is married to Norman, and they have a blended family of seven children and fifteen grandchildren (and an American bulldog named Piper).
Lycet Corbo - Director of Giver Services
Lycet has served in many customer service, administrative and support roles in areas ranging from IT to Human Resources. She has a heart and passion for women's discipleship and volunteers at Redeeming Love Home. This residential program has been developed to teach and model the skills necessary for residents to overcome sin and the spiritual strongholds in their life through complete reliance on the Lord. Lycet and her husband Ruben live in Tamarac, FL.

Amanda Forman - Programs Director
As a 3rd generation South Floridian and member of a founding family of Fort Lauderdale, Amanda has deep roots in this community. She has a passion to help the poor and invests considerable time working with at-risk youth, encouraging leaders and bringing people together to serve. Amanda has traveled to over 30 countries and been extensively involved in local and overseas missions – teaching, mentoring, planning trips, writing curriculum and acting as a connector for resources and people.  She has also worked extensively in management and strategic engagement. Amanda is also a 2012 Graduate of Lifework Leadership and a member of the Global Cities Leadership Community. 
Steven Holland - Operations Director
Steven moved has lived in South Florida since 2003. He has experience in worship ministry, has served as a producer in christian radio, and has seved as the Director of Operations for a flight school. His passion is in creating and leveraging new media and communication mediums to communicate the gospel and promote lasting change. Steven lives in Pompano Beach with his wife, Nicole, and son, Josiah.
